Mr. LIELO Hughes Kambouli is a young Togolese business lawyer. Many lawyers with disabilities still end up where they always were: channeled toward government work, advocacy organizations or solo and small-firm employment, often with disability-related practices.

But Hughes worked hard against all odds to become one of the prominent business lawyers in Togo.  Kambouli has helped hundreds of business firms established in Togo guiding them through the generally long and complicated process of business creation.

He also helped many other firms align with the new fiscal regulations following the reorganization of the OTR.
